Abstract

The dose response, and time dependent relationships for chromosome aberrations has been studied in peripheral blood lymphocytes after introduction of the antineoplastic drug, vincristine sulfate in vitro. The percentage of abnormalities were found to be greater at higher concentrations as compared to control.
